Newcastle March demanding No Atack on Iraq - March 15, 2003

Hundreds gathered at Grey's Monument in central Newcastle for an impromptu protest and demonstration against the war, on the first evening after the US/UK began to attack Baghdad, Thursday 20th March 2003. The streets around Haymarket were blocked by protesters and traffic brought to a complete halt in both the morning and evening of that day.
